“I’m getting tired of this strike,” says Arvind Swami
Arvind Swami, who has always registered his thoughts in a sensible and open manner, took to his micro-blogging page yesterday to express his frustration at the ongoing state of Tamil cinema, where the strike has continued for more than two months.
To be honest, I am kind of getting tired of this strike. Want to get back to work. Have no idea of the progress made in the terms put forward or the negotiations . I just hope everyone can get back to working soon and making movies. Thousands affected, need quick resolutions.

The rift between Tamil Film Producers’ Council and Digital Service Providers has widened in the past few days and an important meeting is expected to be held tomorrow between all the stakeholders. The meeting will be presided over by the officials from the state government of Tamil Nadu.
