I thank AR Rahman sir for entrusting me – Sasha Tirupati on National Award

Singer Sasha Tirupati won the National Award for the song Vaan Varuvaan from Kaatru Veliyidai, at the recently announced 65th National Awards 2018. The entire jury seem to be impressed with her wonderful rendition which has won herself a ton of fans.

Sasha wholly thanked music composer AR Rahman for entrusting her with the song. “Incredibly honored to receive the award. I thank AR Rahman sir and my entire family for being the biggest system of support,” said the singer who is looking forward to many more lovely tracks this year as well.
