AR Rahman’s never before attempt

AR Rahman says Majid Majidi, director of his upcoming Iranian film Muhammed, is a film-maker he has admired so much. “Muhammed deals with the childhood of Holy Prophet. Majid and I established a close bond and a sense of mutual trust in no time at all”, says ARR.

Rahman also revealed that the film has taken him into sounds that he has never attempted before. “There are a lot of experimental rhythms and melodies. I really enjoyed myself with the project. And the best part of the experience is the warm acceptance I’ve received in Iran. I’ve a lot of offers coming from that country,” adds Rahman.
