Why Anushka Shetty is distressed?

Anushka Shetty, who is playing the titular role in the upcoming Tamil-Telugu bi-lingual Rudhramadevi experienced an ordeal on the sets. There is a scene in the film where Anushka had to wear 500 sovereigns of jewellery and the director Gunasekhar, like any other filmmaker, ordered for artificial jewellery to shoot the scene. But Anushka insisted that she will wear only original jewellery citing skin allergy as a reason.

Later, the makers seem to have ordered jewellery worth Rs. 5 crores from a jewellery store based in Chennai. Once the scenes were shot, the entire jewellery was missing on the sets to everyone’s surprise. Anushka was very worried and distressed and offered prayers to goddess Durga, say sources.
