Anirudh shares exciting updates on ‘Chikitu’ from Coolie: Rajinikanth’s vintage dance makes a comeback!
Music composer Anirudh Ravichander recently revealed exciting updates about the “Chikitu” song from Coolie. Fans will witness Rajinikanth’s vintage dance style, reminiscent of his iconic 80s performances, making a spectacular comeback after decades. Anirudh said the choreography was challenging but Superstar nailed it, with director Lokesh Kanagaraj delivering stunning visuals.
The pre-release business for Coolie is already setting records. Hamsini Entertainment acquired the overseas rights, marking the highest ever for a Kollywood film. Meanwhile, Asian Multiplexes Pvt Ltd secured the Telugu distribution for over ₹50 crores.
Coolie is slated for a worldwide release on August 14, 2025, promising to be one of the biggest releases this year.
