Soodhu Kavvum characters in Nalan Kumarasamy’s ‘Kai Neelam’

Nalan Kumarasamy has narrated the story of his next film Kai Neelam to many and most of them have accepted to be a part of the story but yet to sign on the dotted line. Kai Neelam forms the second part of the trilogy called ‘Trilogy of Trick’ Nalan is making. While Kai Neelam revolves around crime, vanity and sensibility, his third film will deal about righteousness. “Being fair is the best way to live but it’s not easy to reach that stage — you have to cross the stages of crime and vanity to get there,” says Nalan to a daily.

Kai Neelam’s story is set in the backdrop of Chennai. Nalan has confirmed few characters from Soodhu Kavvum will be seen in cameo appearances in Kai Neelam at crucial junctures of the film. Kai Neelam will roll out from December 13, 2014 – Soodhu Kavvum went on floors on December 12, 2012. Produced by CV Kumar’s Thirukumaran Entertainment along with Abi and Abi Pictures, Kai Neelam will have music by Santhosh Narayanan.
