Santhanam has a surprise role in Aambala, confirms Sundar C

The shooting for Vishal – Sundar C’s Aambala has been progressing at a brisk pace and the team has completed nearly 70% of the film. While Sathish was roped in for the comedian role in the film, there were doubts that whether Santhanam, who has been a regular face in Sundar C films since Kalakalappu, is a part of the project or not. Now, director Sundar C himself has confirmed that he is very much a part of the film.

“Santhanam is very much part of the film. And, he was part of the cast from the beginning and is not a late addition. However, I cannot reveal if his will be a special appearance or not. For that, you will have to watch the film, which we are planning to release for Pongal 2015,” says Sundar C. Featuring Vishal and Hansika Motwani in lead roles, Aambala also has Maadhurima and Madhavi Ravi in important roles. It has music by Hiphop Tamizha Aadhi.
