Samuthirakani to start shooting for Indian 2 towards the end of August

Actor-filmmaker Samuthirakani has confirmed boarding Kamal Haasan’s Indian 2. He would start shooting for the film from this month-end. He has said that Shankar insisted him to listen to the full narration before signing the magnum-opus. Samuthirakani is also part of Rajamouli’s RRR.

Also starring Kajal Agarwal, Rakul Preet, Priya Bhavani Shankar, and Siddharth in important roles Indian 2 will have music composed by Anirudh. The makers are targetting a summer 2020 release for the film.
