Mohanlal secures Kabali Kerala distribution rights
Malayalam star Mohanlal will distribute Rajinikanth’s Kabali in Kerala under his banner Max Lab. Sources say Mohanlal procured the rights from Kalaipuli S Thanu for a sum of INR 7.5 crores after a series of negotiations.
There are also reports that the movie’s satellite rights have been acquired by Jaya TV for a lump sum. The team is waiting for the censor board to provide certification, which is expected to arrive soon. Kabali is gearing up worldwide release on July 22nd.
