Kaali Venkat joins Dhanush’s Kodi

Comedian Kaali Venkat has joined the shooting of Dhanush’s Kodi in Pollachi. Dhanush will be sporting a thick beard and mustache for this film, which is billed as a political thriller set in the hinterlands. The team is expected to shoot in and around Pollachi for 50 days.

Directed by Durai Senthilkumar, Kodi has Trisha and Shamlee playing the female leads. Santhosh Narayanan has been roped in to compose music. The makers are planning to wrap up the entire shooting with this two-month long schedule which is expected to last till March end.
