“I will surely direct Power Paandi 2,” says Dhanush

Speaking at the press meet of VIP 2, Dhanush said he will surely helm a sequel to his directorial debut Power Paandi, which starred Rajkiran in the lead role.

“I have two projects in mind including Power Paandi 2. There’s another story too. But, I have not decided which one I should take up next. The plot for Power Paandi 2 is already locked. I will definitely make it as my third directorial film if not as my sophomore project,” said Dhanush who is gearing up for the release of Velai Illa Pattathari on July 28th in Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi.
