Vijay Sethupathi joins the Pongal bandwagon
The Pongal bandwagon of releases in K’town doesn’t seem to cease. The latest update is Vijay Sethupathi’s long-pending Puriyaatha Puthir has announced the film’s release for the harvest festival along with six other movies.
Vijay – Bharathan’s Bairavaa, GV Prakash’s comedy entertainer Bruce Lee, C.V.Kumar’s production Adhe Kangal, Arun Vijay – Arivazhagan’s cop thriller ‘s Kuttram 23, Jai’s Enakku Vaaitha Adimaigal, Kreshna’s Yaakkai have already announced their films for Pongal 2017.
Arya, who is known for his candid remarks, took a dig the ever-increasing number of Pongal release announcements and tweeted, “Looks like there r lots of freebies for Pongal .. even I am announcing my film #Kadamban for Pongal #justforfun #Kadamban4Pongal
