Venkat Prabhu on Chennai 28 sequel
Director Venkat Prabhu has confirmed that the sequel to his super hit debut film Chennai 28 is still in the ideation stage. “It’s definitely there as an idea. We have been planning on reuniting and working on the sequel but everything is still in the ideation stage. It will definitely happen,” says Venkat to IANS.
Few months back, he announced a fresh collaboration with director Gautham Menon for his banner Ondraga Entertainment. However, update on the same is still awaited. Venkat also clarified that he is teaming up with Gautham on a different project but not the sequel to Chennai 28.
