The shooting forĀ Uttama VillainĀ finally comes to an end. The team wrapped up proceedings with a song shot at the Chennai Film Institute. A special set was erected in the institute since the song was part of the eighth century sequence in the story. “The climax portion will be the highlight of the film. A massive palace set was created for the historical sequence,” says a source to a daily.

“I don’t want to reveal the details. We’ve been shooting for five months now and it will be a great treat for the audience. It is the biggest film in my career and I am happy to debut as a director in Tamil with this project. The post production work has begun and we’re almost through with the dubbing,” says director Ramesh Aravind to a daily.
