Theri becomes Vijay’s blockbuster best

Ilayathalapathy Vijay’s April 14th release Theri has gone on to consolidate its strong status after a rousing 4 day opening about a month back. The film has completed 25 days in theaters and is still running in sizable number of centers across the world.

In Tamil Nadu, Theri is said to have bettered Vijay’s previous blockbusters such as Thuppakki and Kaththi with a TN distributors share in excess of 45 crores. The run is still steady and we can expect the film to add some more crores to its final tally. Theri is already among the best ever grossers in Tamil cinema and its final status will be known once its run ends after some more weeks.
