Thalapathy Vijay at Bigil Audio Launch: “Tear my photos/posters. Do not cause any harm to my fans”

Thalapathy Vijay’s speech at Bigil audio launch has been trending everywhere and is currently the talk of the tinsel town as always. Packed with a bevy of nuggets and interesting anecdotes, Vijay sent lakhs of fans, both offline and online, into a tizzy.

“Nayanthara is acting in a film about girls winning, after winning in life. It’s wonderful,” said Vijay. He also read out the names of his co-actors from a list. “I learned a lot of tricks to play football from co-stars. Life is a football game. We try to score goals, and there are a huge number of people to stop them. Sometimes, some of our guys put same side goals,” he said.

About the experience of singing his first track for AR Rahman with Verithanam, Vijay said, “I sang a sample track of Verithanam & sent it to Rahman sir, but he was in Mumbai. I thought he let it go. But later, Atlee called me and told me that ARR sir has called me for a recording. I was surprised, it was Atlee who motivated me.”

Vijay also had a nice message for online trolls. “Negativity online is okay if it is for fun. But when it crosses the line, it feels wrong and hurts. ” To his detractors, Vijay warned, “‘Ennoda photo va kilinga, banner ah kilinga, enna venaa pannunga. Aana en rasigan ah edhuvum pannadheenga.

Bigil is all set to hit screens for Diwali 2019. Atlee has confirmed that the teaser will be unveiled in the first week of October.
