Mike Mohan to play baddie in Surya’s Poochandi?

Rumors are thick and fast in K’town that yesteryear actor Mohan will play the antagonist role in Surya’s forthcoming film Poochandi directed by Venkat Prabhu. It was discussed by gossip mongers in hushed whispers that Venkat Prabhu who roped in Ramki for Karthi’s Biriyani will do the same for Surya’s Poochandi by teaming up with Mohan.

However, a trusted source in the know strongly refutes this rumor. “The project is materializing well and we are just done with test photo-shoots for Surya. It would be premature to talk about the cast now. We have not approached anyone yet. These are just unfounded rumors.”

The shooting for the film is likely to kick-start from July. Nayanthara and Amy Jackson play the female leads.
