Sarkar row: Writers union refuses to accept K Bhagyaraj’s resignation
After K Bhagyaraj tendered an apology to Sun Pictures for revealing the story of Sarkar in his video interviews and submitting the resignation of his President post from the South Indian Film Writers’ Association, the union has refused to accept the same.
The union has requested Bhagyaraj, who has said in his statement that he will officially contest in the union’s upcoming elections and win the seat to hold the position, to stay in his President post and guide the association from his experience.
