Sangamithra on hold; Sundar C to helm STR in Attarintiki Daredi remake
The magnum-opus Sangamithra has been put on the backburner by Sundar C and Thenandal Studios for the time being. Sundar C will now helm STR for the official Tamil remake of Pawan Kalyan’s Telugu blockbuster Attarintiki Daredi.

The untitled project will be produced by Lyca Productions, who owns the Tamil remake rights for the Trivikram directorial. The film will start shooting soon and the makers have already announced the release frame as January 2019.
