Rajinikanth condemns violence against policemen
In an attempt to stop CSK fans from entering the stadium yesterday, a bunch of Seeman’s Naam Tamilar Katchi members assaulted a few policemen including some spectators. Videos of the same have been doing rounds on the internet since last evening.
Superstar Rajinikanth, for the first time without mentioning Seeman and Naam Tamilar Katchi, has condemned the hooliganism in his tweet.
The worst form of violence in law and order situation is attack on uniformed personnel on duty.This form of violence has to be tackled immediately as it poses grave danger to our country.We need more stringent laws to punish the perpetrators of attack on police personnel on duty.
