Pelli Choopulu’s Tamil remake goes on floors with Harish Kalyan and Priya Bhavani Shankar!
Initially, the Tamil remake of Telugu blockbuster Pelli Choopulu was supposed to be made in Tamil with Vishnu Vishal and Tamannaah playing the leads, and Gautham Menon to produce it. But due to some confusions with the rights and also the financial issues, the project changed hands and is now on floors with Harish Kalyan and Priya Bhavani Shankar playing the leads.
SP Cinemas will be bankrolling the film along with Havish Production, with debutant Kaarthikk Sundar taking the director’s chair. Vishal Chandrasekhar has been brought on board to compose the music.
