Parthiepan confirms his role in Surya’s Masss

In the recently concluded Anjaan audio premiere event, Parthiepan revealed that he is part of Venkat Prabhu’s upcoming film with Suriya, titled Masss. It took the audience by surprise since there was no official word about it from the makers. Now, Parthiepan has confirmed his role in the film to a daily.

“I’m told that I have a special character to essay in Masss, a very significant one. I’m looking forward to the movie as this is the first time I’m sharing screen space with Suriya,” says the actor-director. Parthiepan also plays a pivotal role in Dhanush – Vetrimaaran’s untitled project, which has been in the pipeline for a long time. His upcoming directorial Kathai Thiraikathai Vasanam Iyakkam will hit the screens on August 1 and will clash with Karthik Subburaj’s Jigarthanda and CV Kumar’s Sarabham on the same day. He is likely to join the Masss team two weeks after the release of KTVI.
