Official: Vedalam album on Anirudh’s 25th birthday

We had earlier reported that the album of Vedalam will be released on the 25th birthday of composer Anirudh Ravichander. Now, he has officially confirmed the news. “Get ready to dance to the songs of #Vedalam from my birthday 🙂 #VedalamAlbumonOct16#A10 .. #therikkavidalama, [SIC]” posted Anirudh on his Twitter page.

The film is currently under the post production stage and gearing up for release on Diwali. Directed by Siva, the film stars Ajith and Shruti Haasan in the lead roles. Trade sources suggest that Vedalam will hit screens on November 10th worldwide.
