Pawan Kalyan confirms Telugu remake of Vedalam

Ajith’s Vedalam which made good profits for all stakeholders in the business is all set to be remade into Telugu. Tollywood star Pawan Kalyan recently confirmed that he’s approached with the offer and the script needs to be changed to suit the sensibilities of Telugu audiences.

However, he said he’s not sure about when the project will commence. Directed by Siva, Vedalam starred Lakshmi Menon as Ajith’s sister and Shruti Haasan as the lead heroine. There are also reports that Pawan Kalyan might join hands with SJ Suryah for his next project.
