Miruthan and Sowcarpettai confirmed for Feb 12 release
Jayam Ravi’s zombie thriller Miruthan and Srikanth-Raai Laxmi’s Sowcarpettai have been officially confirmed for release on February 12th for the Valentine’s Day weekend. After four films battling it out at the Pongal box office, looks like February 12th is the hot release date for Tamil film makers. Sowcarpettai will be released by Sri Thenandal Films.
Other films vying for February 12th release include Ashwin’s romance thriller Zero which is presented by Blue Ocean Entertainment, Vijay Sethupathi-Madonna Sebastian’s Kadhalum Kadanthu Pogum. Simbu-Nayanthara’s highly anticipated Idhu Namma Aalu is also aiming for release on the same day.
