Mani Ratnam’s Okay Kanmani nears completion

Mani Ratnam’s next film Okay Kanmani has entered its final stages of shooting. The film is touted to be an urban love story on the lines of Alaipayuthey. PC Sreeram, the cinematographer of the film, has confirmed the news on his official Twitter page. “Shooting for Mani’s film. The last @ final shed.  A love story which is one notch up . May the force within us all.”Vaaazaga vaalamudhan,” posted PC Sreeram.

Starring Dulquer Salmaan and Nithya Menen in lead roles, the film has Prakash Raj in an important role. It also has Kanika of Varalaaru fame in a cameo role. It has music by AR Rahman and lyrics by Vairamuthu.
