Speaking at the audio launch of Chekka Chivantha Vaanam, Oscar award-winning composer AR Rahman said that Mani Ratnam has gone back to his Nayagan days with the film.
Simbu cut short his speech with a simple Thank you and added that the film would speak for itself. Vijay Sethupathi was conspicuous by his absence. Arun Vijay and Aishwarya Rajesh showered praise on Mani Ratnam and called the working experience a dream come true.
Bankrolled by Lyca, Chekka Chivantha Vaanam also stars Jyotika, Aditi Rao Hydari and Prakash Raj in important roles. The film is slated to hit screens on September 27th.
