The makers of Soorarai Pottru gave Suriya fans a reason to celebrate on the account of Tamil New Year, as the body transformation video of Suriya was put out online. The video showcased the actor’s fantastic efforts to get into the skin of the character, where he plays a 19-year-old.

Director Sudha Kongara, who speaks in the video, explains the process behind Suriya’s transformation, saying that she herself was dumbstruck when she saw him in the look.
