Karthi’s next with Sathuranga Vettai Vinoth is a cop film

Karthi who recently grabbed the attention of film buffs by sporting a clean-shaven look for the first time in Mani Ratnam’s Kaatru Veliyidai has confirmed that he will start shooting for his next project with director Vinoth of Sathuranga Vettai fame from December. This project will also be funded by Dream Warrior Pictures, who are producing Karthi’s next, Kaashmora.

Karthi has also revealed that it’s a cop film and he is expected to start shooting after wrapping up Kaatru Veliyidai, which is half way through completion now. Meanwhile, Karthi is awaiting the release of supernatural fantasy thriller Kaashmora for Diwali.
