Karthi’s Kaithi pulls in Rs 10.8 crores in its three-day opening weekend in Tamil Nadu. The film directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj of Maanagaram fame and produced by Dream Warrior Pictures has received rave reviews from across the board.

The footfalls in theaters have been on the descending mode since Friday and the movie is picking up well in the Telugu states too despite limited screens. In the USA, the film has touched the $150K mark in its opening weekend, which is a healthy figure for Karthi.
