Kabali: Rajinikanth begins final leg of shooting

Rajinikanth, who had a whirlwind time yesterday after forgetting to take his passport to take flight to Malaysia before asking his assistant to bring it down, will start the final leg of shooting for Kabali in Malaysia from today. Director Pa. Ranjith is planning to wrap up the entire shooting before the end of February and kickstart post-production work in March.

Produced by Kalaipuli S Thanu, Kabali is slated for release in the first week of May according to reliable trade sources. The audio launch is planned to be held towards the end of March or early April in Malaysia. Santhosh Narayanan composes music for the film.
