Kaavya Sha debuts in Bala’s Thaarai Thappattai
Theater artist turned Sandalwood actress Kaavya Sha is the latest addition to Bala’s Thaarai Thappattai. Kaavya Sha plays a Karagattam dancer in the film, which is based on Karagattaam, a traditional dance form of Tamils. The team is currently shooting in Thanjavur in the nearby village.
Directed by Bala, the film stars Sasikumar and Varalaxmi Sarathkumar in the lead. It also has RK Suresh as antagonist. Thaarai Thappattai marks the 1000th film of Ilaiyaraja.
