Kaatru Veliyidai moves on to its next

Mani Ratnam has wrapped up the first schedule of Ooty and is all set to take a short break before commencing the next leg of shooting. The team shot important scenes with the supporting cast that includes RJ Balaji, KPAC Lalitha, dancer-actress Rukmini Vijayakumar and Shraddha Srinath of U-Turn fame.

Starring Karthi and Aditi Rao Hydari in the lead roles, the movie has music by AR Rahman. Karthi plays the role of a pilot and is expected to join the team for the next schedule, which will reportedly happen in Kashmir. The theatrical rights of Kaatru Veliyidai have been already bagged by Sri Thenandal Films.
