Originally slated to hit screens on October 18th for the Ayudha Pooja weekend, Jyotika’s Kaatrin Mozhi has been postponed to November, post-Diwali due to the rush of films on the same date.
Now, Vetrimaaran’s Vada Chennai, Vishal’s Sandakozhi 2, Andaava Kaanom, Ezhumin, and Thirupathisami Kudumbam have been scheduled to hit screens on October 18th.
Produced Dhananjayan of BOFTA Film Works took to his Twitter page and confirmed the news yesterday.
#KaatrinMozhi release date: it's raining new films week after week. We scheduled for October 18 but looking at the list approved, it will be a hard battle to get proper theatres/shows. So we're postponing the release to November, post Diwali. Will keep you updated. Thank you 🙏 pic.twitter.com/n6XiYdMxRU
