“I learnt my cinema grammar in Chennai,” says SS Rajamouli

Speaking at the trailer launch event yesterday, SS Rajamouli heaped praise on Tamil film-makers and Chennai. “I learnt the ABCDs of cinema grammar from Tamil. Chennai has been my school and my college. I’m feeling to quite emotional to come here and stand on this stage in front of you all,” said Rajamouli.

Everyone from the team also thanked Suriya for attending the event. Suriya said he wanted to be a part of Baahubali somehow and by gracing the occasion as a chief guest, he feels satisfied that he too has contributed to the success of the mganum-opus which is tentatively scheduled to hit screens on July 10th.
