Gautham Menon croons Madhan Karky’s lyrics

That Gautham Menon has a keen ear for music is a well-acknowledged fact. That he’s an ardent fan of Ilaiyaraja is very evident if you have seen his films. The director-producer has decided to take his passion to the next level and recorded a song for Radha Mohan’s upcoming film Uppu Karuvaadu which has Nandita, Karunakaran to its star cast.

Interestingly, it was Gautham Menon who introduced composer Steve Vatz to Radha Mohan. So, when Steve suggested Gautham’s voice for this particular song, Radha Mohan was pretty excited. Since Gautham was busy shooting Yennai Arindhaal, it got delayed and has now been recorded finally. Madhan Karky has penned the lyrics for this peppy number which is about celebrating a break in life.
