Dhanush forays into Sandalwood as singer

The number of awards and recognitions Dhanush received for his song Why This Kolaveri Di composed by Anirudh Ravichander is huge, but has not rested yet. Now, Dhanush debuts as singer in Kannada film industry courtesy Why This Kolaveri Di song. As per close industry sources in Sandalwood, Dhanush has recorded a song for the Kannada film Vajrakaya directed by A Harsha. The film is said to be a family entertainer and features Shivarajkumar, Sadhu Kokila and Atul Kulkarni in important roles.

Apparently, Vajrakaya’s music director Arjun Sanya has met Dhanush in few occasions and thought this song would come out well since it’s on the lines of Why This Kolaveri Di. The song is titled No Problem and Dhanush has finished recording in Chennai yesterday, informs a source. “We have two sets of lyrics, which we took to him. He liked both and agreed to sing for us. Now we have to figure out which version to use,” says Arjun.
