Dhanush-Amala Paul’s next titled Amma Kanakku
Dhanush’s next production venture for Wunderbar Films has been titled Amma Kanakku. The film, starring Amala Paul, Revathy and Samuthirakani in important roles, started rolling out in Chennai yesterday.
Jointly produced by Dhanush and Aanand L Rai of Raanjhanaa fame, Amma Kanakku is an official Tamil remake of acclaimed Hindi film Nil Battey Sannata. Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari, who made her directorial debut with Nil Battey Sannata, will be helming the Tamil version too. The film revolves around the heartwarming relationship between a daughter and mother.
