Audio launch plans cancelled for Kabali?

According to reliable sources in K’town, the much-awaited grand audio launch of Kabali which was planned earlier by Kalaipuli S Thanu has been cancelled. Instead, the album will the hit stores and online platforms directly on June 12th. An official confirmation from the team is awaited though.

Superstar Rajinikanth is still believed to be in the US and that’s the reason the audio launch plan is said to be cancelled. Directed by Pa. Ranjith, Kabali stars Rajinikanth in the role of an ageing gangster. There are also rumors that the release of the film, which was initially planned as July 1st, may be postponed by a week or two.
