Dhanush signs Vijay Sethupathi again for Wunderbar Films
Dhanush’s production house Wunderbar Films is turning out to be one of the reliable banners in K’town for stakeholders. The recent success of Naanum Rowdy Thaan is yet another feather in the cap. Now, Dhanush has confirmed that he has signed Vijay Sethupathi for another project under his banner. It would not be an overstatement to say that Dhanush propelled the rise of Sivakarthikeyan as a bankable actor at the box office by bankrolling his films such as Edhirneechal and Kaaki Sattai.
“Happy and elated to inform you all that “namma rowdy” Vijay Sethupathi will be doing another project for wunderbar films, [SIC]” posted Dhanush on his micro-blogging page.
Vijay Sethupathi is currently awaiting the release of Idam Porual Yaeval, Mellisai and Kaadhalum Kadanthu Pogum which are under various stages of post production. He is also part of Karthik Subbaraj’s Iraivi and has recently started cop thriller Sethupathi, the shooting for which is currently underway. Two days back, Vijay Sethupathi signed an untitled project with director Siva Gnanam of Vaa Deal fame.
