AR Rahman’s Kaaviya Thalaivan audio by July end

The expectations are huge for Kaaviya Thalaivan’s album since it’s composed by double Oscar award winner, AR Rahman and his fans are already waiting with bated breath to catch a glimpse of their idol’s compositions. “Kaaviya Thalaivan is a very emotional story and I loved composing for it. I researched the music of the era and the culture of the time for more than six months,” said AR Rahman earlier in an interview. Sashikanth of YNOT Studios, the producer of the film has posted on this social media page, “Kaaviya Thalaivan Audio release – last week of July Movie release – last week of August.”

The post-production work is going in full swing and the film is slated for August release. Directed by Vasantha Balan and produced by Y NOT studios and Radian Group, it boasts of an ensemble cast in Siddharth, Prithivraj ,Vedhika, Nassar and Thambi Ramaiah. Kaaviya Thalaivan is a historical period film portraying the lives of drama artists and their musical plays in 1920s set in the backdrop of Madurai.
