Actor Rio Raj’s upcoming romantic entertainer Ram in Leela has officially wrapped its principal photography, marking an important milestone for the project. The makers confirmed the completion of filming through a behind-the-scenes video that captured memorable moments from the sets, including light-hearted bloopers and glimpses of the ensemble cast.

Directed by debutant filmmaker Ramachandran Kannan, the film brings Rio Raj into a fresh romantic space, with newcomer Vartika playing the female lead. The project went on floors earlier this year and has now concluded shooting within a span of roughly three months, indicating a smooth and efficiently planned production schedule.

While the makers have kept detailed plot elements under wraps, Ram in Leela is expected to explore the emotional highs and lows of relationships, focusing on the everyday chaos and adjustments that come with sharing life with a partner. The narrative is said to blend romance and humour, aiming to present relatable situations drawn from modern relationships.

The supporting cast includes Munishkanth, Chetan, Deepa Venkat, Malavika Avinash, and Nayana Elza, among others, adding depth to the film’s character-driven storytelling. The technical crew features music composed by Ankit Menon, cinematography handled by Mallikarjun, and editing by YNC Shiva, promising a polished cinematic presentation.

Produced by R Ravindran and Sudharsan under the banners of Trident Arts and Eywa Entertainment, the film now moves into post-production. A theatrical release date is yet to be officially announced by the team.

Ram in Leela also arrives as Rio Raj continues to expand his filmography following his recent projects, with expectations building around how this romantic entertainer will connect with audiences upon release.
