15 days of shooting left for Dhanush – Vetrimaaran’s Vada Chennai

Dhanush has revealed that 90% of the shooting of Vada Chennai is complete. Apparently, director Vetrimaaran and the team have only 15 days left of shooting left to wrap up the long-in-the-making project. Dhanush is now heading to Brussels for the next schedule of his Hollywood debut. He will resume Vada Chennai from the first week of August in Chennai.

Produced by Wunderbar Films and Grass Root Film Company, Vada Chennai is a three-part gangster drama which chronicles the life of a gangster over 30 years. Andrea Jeremiah, Aishwarya Rajesh, director Ameer and Samuthirakani will be seen playing pivotal roles in the movie, which has music composed by AR Rahman.
