Vijay TV secures satellite rights of Udhayanidhi Stalin’s Nimir
Vijay TV has secured the satellite rights of Udhayanidhi Stalin’s Nimir directed by ace filmmaker Priyadarshan. Produced by Moonshot Entertainment and Red Giant Movies, Nimir has director Mahendran playing the father of Udhayanidhi Stalin.
An official remake of acclaimed Malayalam hit Maheshinte Prathikaram which starred Fahadh Faasil in the lead role, Nimir also has Samuthirakani, Namitha Pramod and Parvathi Nair in important roles.
Darbuka Siva composes music for the project, which is currently in the post-production stage. Nimir is expected to be the first release of Udhay in 2018.
