Ileana to join Prashanth’s Saahasam?

Ileana D’Cruz, who was last seen in Shankar’s Nanban opposite Vijay, has been on a long sabbatical from Kollywood. However, the petite beauty has been active in Bollywood with offers. The latest buzz is Ileana has been approached to play the female lead in Prashanth’s Saahasam directed by Arun Raj Varma. Interestingly, the film is said to be a remake of Telugu film Julayi and Ileana played the female lead in the original version. Ileana is yet to sign the dotted line and the team is waiting for her confirmation.

Produced by Thiagarajan under Staar Movies, Saahasam is slated for release on April 6th which marks the birthday of Prashanth. The film also has Abeetha, Nassar, Sonu Sood in important roles. It has music by Thaman.
