Yennai Arindhaal is Ajith’s best pre-release business
The pre-release business numbers of Yennai Arindhaal are out and it indicates that it is Ajith’s best after Arrambam. The film has earned a worldwide theatricals of around 50 crores sans Telugu rights and ancillary revenues including music rights and satellite rights. Ajith’s Arrambam earned a worldwide pre-release theatrical business of 48 crores. Yennai Arindhaal has been sold for Rs. 35 crores in Tamil Nadu and to break even, the film has to earn a minimum of 80 crores in Tamil Nadu and join the 100-crore grossers list worldwide.
Meanwhile, the latest buzz is midnight shows scheduled in various theatres in the city have been cancelled and the first show is likely to happen early morning in the city.
