Will Vijay give the nod to a straight Telugu film with Vamshi Paidipally?

Thalapathy Vijay has just returned from Georgia after the first schedule of his next film directed by Nelson. And now, a section of Tollywood media have reported that the actor is set to do a direct Telugu film, and it would be directed by Vamshi Paidipally of Thozha and Maharshi fame.

However, sources close to the actor have revealed that no such talks have taken place, as Vijay is still giving his nod on whether he would be doing a Tamil-Telugu bilingual. The actor has been approached by two top producers, Dil Raju and Mythri Movie Makers. We should get a clear picture by the time the actor wraps up his current film.
