Will the state government’s tripartite talks provide a solution to the strike?

Kadambur Raju, Minister of Information and Publicity, has arranged for tripartite talks to find a solution to the ongoing stalemate in Kollywood by bringing together all the stakeholders under one roof for discussion in the next few days.

TFPC, Theater Owners, and Digital Service Providers will attend the meeting chaired by Kadambur Raju and other important officials from the state government. However, it’s reliably learned that DSPs will not change their current stance. Meanwhile, theater owners have not agreed to share the VPF charges with the producer. While it is unlikely to arrive at a consensus, it would be interesting to see how the meeting pans out.
