Will Thalapathy Vijay’s Bigil be the first of his to hit the screens in China?

The makers of Thalapathy Vijay’s Mersal put in their best efforts to take the film to China, but it went in vain as they are still yet to pull the trigger. However, Bigil’s creative producer Archana Kalpathi is confident about their efforts to release the film in China – as it contains episodes of both women empowerment and sport which are popular in the region.

Though Bigil’s simultaneous release in China is impossible, the makers will be looking to take the film to the country by the end of the year. Let’s wait for an official update on the same.
