Will Master and Soorarai Pottru lock horns on April 9th?

The buzz in K-town is that the makers of Suriya’s Soorarai Pottru are contemplating a clash with Thalapathy Vijay’s Master, which is slated to hit screens worldwide on April 9th.

However, sources close to 2D Entertainment suggest that Soorarai Pottru will release a little later or a few days before Master and won’t have a direct clash at the box-office. While Soorarai Pottru is under the final stages of post-production, Master is nearing the final stages of shooting.
